Event highlights
The free program will feature the 1st of a series of HBO’s centerpiece documentary, ADDICTION. This documentary strives to break through the myths and explain what addiction really is (a brain disease), what causes it (a variety of genetic and psychosocial factors) and how to get the best available treatment (by seeking out evidence based medical and behavioral treatments).
Followed by a panel familiar with the impact of addiction. The program will end with audience members participating in a question and answer session with the panelists.
