Opening remarks by Secretary Judyann Bigby, M.D., Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Welcome by Kattie Portis, Mayor Thomas Menino’s Substance Abuse Policy Advisor, and John Auerbach, Executive Director, Boston Public Health Commission.
